as it sits

was swapped from a muncie 5 speed to a built 700r4
700r4 burned up so getting it rebuilt with manual reverse valve body, billet servos, and gettin the converter loosened up(anyone that saw it run before would know why)
also at this time i have started a lil turbo 6 project on this truck. no pics except on my phone

custom rear mount kit off a 2002 blazer
intercooler: 29"x6"x2 1/2"
blow off: greddy type s
wastegate: obxR 38 mm
turbo: garret 60 mm
turbo smart boost controller
tilton oil pump

need to buy soon:
magnaflow 4 inch diesel exhaust

need to buy later
either edlebrock 2114 intake manifold or the gmparts direct SCPI to MPFI conversion
bigger injectors
full cal-trac rear suspension
qa1 front coil overs
tubular control arms (haven't decided on a company to go with yet)

uggh you may want to rethink the exhaust thing. bigger is not "necessarily" always better.

that turbo should be pretty damn fun. and you can always switch up the housings since you will not have a whole lot of RPM to play with. what size is the compressor housing?

Nonnie I don't think I'm ever gonna be putting the ls1 in my truck I can make enough power with the v6 to put me in the 11s if it hooks. I'm gonna put the ls1 in a car or another truck. I just don't think its smart to put the ls1 that I'm gonna build in a daily driven truck. It would cost way to much to make it reliable.

On a side note me and chris visited white rhino fab tonight and he got his trans x member built and I got a sweet ass battery box.
I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF ANY CUSTOM METAL FABRICATION GIVE THIS GUY A CALL OR VISIT HIS WEBSITE @ whiterhinofab.com

I will be posting pics tomorrow as I'm sure chris will as well

29x6x3. The pics make it look smaller. But I can't find a taller one that is still 29 wide and 3 deep plus I would have to cut the hell out of either the frame or core support possibly both. Which I don't wanna do right meow

yes, i do remember. and the pics might make it look small, but that bitch is also small. the fact that factory intercoolers are larger than that should make you wonder a little. you don't plan on running a lot of boost, soooo in turn that will keep some of the heat down. i guess you will get it all sorted out when you get it together. it may be enough, it may not be. time will tell dood
